5 ways to help reform the MWRD

Now that summer is winding down, I’ve been gearing up my general election campaign.  I am looking forward to working with you to reform the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District.  Here are five easy ways that you can help:

1)   Join my email list: If you’re receiving this email from me, you’re all set.  If you received this email as a forward, please click here and enter your name and contact information to receive campaign updates.

2)   Spread the word to your friends: We’re running a grassroots campaign, and strength comes in numbers.  Click here to tell 10 of your friends of our efforts and how they can get involved.

3)   Volunteer: We’re going to need all of the support that we can muster to reach out to as many voters possible.  Please click here to volunteer for our campaign.  Be it for an hour or even a day, your time means the world to me.

4)   Contribute to the campaign: Give $5, $10, $20, or even $50.  Every dollar helps us get out our message of reform to voters.  Click here to donate.

5)   Vote!: Election day is coming up on November 2nd . If you have some spare time, and want to avoid long lines at the polls, consider early voting.  If you live in Chicago, click here for information on where, when, and how to early vote.  If you live in Suburban Cook County, click here.  Did you know that you can now request ballots by mail, without providing a valid explanation?  If you live in Chicago, click here for vote by mail information.  If you live in Suburban Cook County, click here.

Thank you for your support!  Without you, there would be no campaign.
